I use 15x8 on mine with a zero offset, 28 inch et streets. 30 inch tires are too tall without modification to the quarter. If your going to run steels and make a lot of power buy good ones, I keep bending wheel studs because wheel vintiques I think are too thin and give at the acorn lug nuts. https:...

Just a Followup on my project. Won 1st place at Detroit Autorama for Street Machine Custom. Figured I'd share with you guys, I got some nice parts and good info here that really helped me out. Thanks for all the good comments! Drove it around yesterday for the first time, got the front aligned and weighed it 3420 lbs with 1/3 tank of gas. It's a beast! Maybe this winter I'll go through the post and put photos back for reference.

Here you go Pops, it was a bit of work. I had to cut out the back with a hole saw in a drill press backed with a 2x4, then trim with a pair of shears. Any reason why you swapped temp and pressure (isn't temp supposed to be on the right and pressure on the left)? I just put them how I wanted to look at them. Put fuel and oil temp on the left because I figured I'd be tending to look right towards the tach and I'll see oil pres and water temp. I got...
