Check the spring contact on the rotor to make sure it's not putting too much pressure on the carbon button. Shouldn't be much pressure. Or something wrong with the rotor.

I have found 3 bolt pulleys are more plentiful and easier to find then 4 bolts. Easier to go all 3 bolt.

I have a new double sump pan with pickup that came on my crate motor which I will never use. Probably not what you are looking for and may not be of any use to you but have it if it can be used by someone. Got a water pump and flywheel too.

As John mentioned the 3 groove pulley can be too long, I found that out when i was building mine. So I just used a 2 groove pulley, then ran ac and ps off of one belt to save room and it all fits.
