My 65 has a C6 with 4.30s in the back.Has a gear reducer on the speedo cable. I'm changing to 3.70 gears and no longer need the reducer but will come up short on the cable when it's removed.Long story short,I unwittingly sacrificed a priceless Cobra Jet drag pack gear reducer and came up with something that worked at the time.Anyway,does anyone know the thread size on the OEM Comet female cable end and male end on the C6? Should be the same but not sure. The car is in storage and it would be a major hassle to actually climb under the car to check for myself.Trying to get this deal lined up the easy way behind the computer if you know what I mean.
