Info on 66 Comet GT Fiberglass hood??

I recently ran across a 66 Comet GT fiberglass hood. On the rear underside of the hood there is a small opening and it has a alum tag with 4 numbers on it, I was just curious what these numbers were for? Also it has screen from almost like a screen door on the underside of the hood in between the bracing. Is that factory? Just trying to find more info on the hood. Thanks for any & all help.

I don't know about tag with the numbers but my hood also had the screen wire underneath . I trimmed mine out . JC
