This is a NOS shifter box with an original part number of C6OZ-7400-C. The superseded number is C8OZ-7400-B. The Ford Master Parts book shows this to be the correct shifter box for a 1966-67-68 Fairlane or Comet with a 390 engine and a 3.03 Toploader 3 speed transmission. The date on the box is 11/23/66 which shows it was made when the cars were being built. This shifter box is in excellent shape
