Sloppy gear shift (automatic)

The gear shift on my '66 is sloppy. Is there any way to tighten this back up?

Following this thread, my '67 is loose too, I looked at it last weekend thinking maybe knock out the roll pin and add a wave washer, mine has a wallowed out hole....
