Hello, I am in the market for a 1965 Mercury Comet. I prefer a convertible. In driver shape or better ideally, but interested in hearing about anything. I am located in Atlanta, GA.

Welcome aboard!
Finding a 65 vert in good shape at a reasonable price is a lofty goal. There were only 6,035 built, many of which have probably been turned into rebar by now. I wish you luck, though. When you find something your're interested in, we're here to help with any questions you may have.

Still looking? Have a 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente for sale in San Francisco. It's Daily Driver - ready and had the transmission completely rebuilt. It's been garaged and barely driven in the last 20 years since I moved. I can give you tons more details -- I LOVE this car, want to pass it on to a great owner.
