Bright Light foot switch?

Anybody have a photo of exactly where the bright light foot switch goes on the floor board, and does the wiring come up from under the floor or is it just under the carpet?

Think I've got it. Screws on top with the wiring on the left side. All above the floor, unless somebody can dispute this.
