2dr door swap 60-63

My '61 2dr driver door could use some work. Should I restrict my search to another 60-61 door, to avoid messing with the upper/lower trim holes on a '62-63?

Filling the lower trim holes from a later year isn't too bad if the uppers were a perfect match. If the swap means both filling old & making new holes though, my current door looks a lot more appealing
