Hi. please help me decode my Mercury Comet Cyclone

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a 1966 Mercury Comet Cyclone with this codes.
I would really like if someone of you guys can help me decoding my data plate:

Door Plate Data 63H 8 86 15C 945049 D 5
