front seat

Ok so whoever had this before me really didn't know what they were doing.. riveted metal from underneath, a 9"x12" fiberglass patch that didn't hold up well. now after I pulled the seat, I noticed that one of the bolts that hold the seat track to the body is snapped. will a grade 5 be ok, or should I use a grade 8?
