Maybe they take a special washer? Or some oddball lug. Do you have a pic?

If you know the brand of the wheels, try Googling "lug nuts to fit _____ mag wheels".

If they have the ''tapered'' holes & tapered lug nuts then that should hold the wheel centered correctly .

TheLugNutGuys on ebay will have what you need. Sounds like you may need a shanked lug nut. If the seat isn't tapered, you do.

Looks like shanked with washers. Time to get the calipers out.

I cant tell from those pics, are the seats tapered or just flat counter-sunk?????? some wheels had washers that fit the wheel tight in the recesses & tight in the shank of the lugnut, & that is what held the wheel centered. most now days are tapered for alike lugnuts which centers the wheel.

Hey Owen, just take a wheel to a auto parts shop that has has someone over 40 working there and sells aftermarket stuff, lol
I'm sure they will be able to help.
Look the same as the wheels on my camper except mine are5 on 4.5
I use a normal shanked acorn with a small washer.
If yours have a recess for a washer get one that fits the recess and the shank .
I do think that wheel is centered by the shank of the lugnut though.
