bow type headliner install 1962 comet

I've watched a couple you tube vids, any other tips you could pass on to a headliner noob? I already have the fabric kit from macs, guessing need a good sticky adhesive for the front and back window edge and also the sides tension.
totallt know nothing about bow type headliner installs short of what I've learned on you tube.

its a pain...make sure its warm weather or have a warm place to work.i used contact cement on the pinch welds front and rear...aand a bunch of plastic clamps from the hardware store

OP did you do this, how did it go for you? I've read about putting hanger & map light screws in beforehand, so you can locate them afterwords to do cutouts. Instructionals make this look pretty easy, aside from having to pull windows.

Am curious on the relationship of C pillar trim R&R & headliner, can you get to the emblem and c pillar wrap without messing with teh headliner?
