I believe this is a 60-63 comet but i cant find no where to tell me what year it is via the tag in the door i know the paint and month but no where has a breakdown of the vin anywhere not even mercstuff

the vin is 3H02u516951

the tag in the door states all of this

i am also trying to figure out what engine it has also

that is the code in the door and under the hood on the brace between the strut and fender is that not the vin?

It is a 63 with a 170 straight six, two tone white and burgandy, 4 door sedan, built in Lorain, Ohio.
