You got it going on, nice pace ! I use to work for a guy, at least once every day he would state, rather loudly & just out of the blue, "professional people doing a professional job!"
More street, occasional strip. You always gotta check how fast it is. Everytime I step in the garage I do at least a little something. Even if for 5 minutes. One day it'll be done.

Looks like you are doing it up right Doug. Good luck. Don't forget to keep the FE crowd informed. JB.

Harry, Here you go. I've fitted up the FE block in the engine bay via custom front mounting plates and a mid-plate. A little roll cage work, getting the rear and tires in place, trans mount and some frame work. In no particular order here are some pics from the past month or two.

I see you have a long shaft toploader like mine. mine came from a 70 fairlane/torino -RUG-BA & had a 31 spl output shaft, though when I decoded it said it should have a 28 spl., kinda curious how many splines yours has & what code it is. & you have about a foot for different shifter locations. It's all looking good!! :D

The trans is empty, just a broken case and tail housing bolted on. It's a C6OR tail housing from a Fairlane.

Hey doug do you have a body shop all picked out. And will you be welding in the floors, I ended up with two sheets of 16 gauge for the floor pans , driveshaft tunnel, and transmission tunnel. A lot of welding for sure.
