thanks, guys ,Cory my grd son has won many races and at least one championship with this engine just the way you hear it,,2bbl carb and all...as we could not ,per rules run a 4bbl and we had a cam limit,,so it is built to spec for our track.....we raced it every Friday and sat night,, at 2 different tracks..,99.9% of the time it was the only FORD on the track...cory wore their butts out,,some nights he flat out run "em by out driving them!!,,,,the old open whl modified after being retired is sitting behind the shop. thanks again,,we are looking forward to putting it in this RUSTY 64 COMET,with a 4spd....pop

we have a few options,,,we already have a larger soild cam and a high dollar race only 4bbl,,,but larger ain't ALWAYS BETTER,,,it's more about having the right combo....DWAYNE ,even mentioned the other night about 2 race prep 500 holly 2bbl's,,,,we have the intake carbs etc.,,we have it all except gaskets and I might have them rat holed away...but what ever son wants to do is the route we'll take....this is mostly his project....POP is just extra hands,,,,but we seldom ever disagree to start with. 8) 8) pop
