Looks pretty darn original to me! Rear quarters for ‘64’s aren’t reproduced & good originals are spendy - those look like they’ll need some work. Given that & the rest of the car I would check VERY carefully for rust EVERYWHERE else...rockers, torque boxes, floors, frame rails, cowl, etc., etc.

I would say it is definitely worth the high bid right now, but like Rocket said, there could be some rust you can't see.

Does look original and complete.
