302 into 64 Comet

I currently have a 64 Comet with a 260 4 speed. I have a 302 from a 71 Torino that is rebuilt. Will the bellhousing and flywheel bolt right up to this motor? In other words is this a bolt in swap?

Your 260 has a 5 bolt bell housing pattern and after 64 all small block Fords have a 6 bolt bell.You will need to find a later bell housing but the motor mounts from your 260 will work. ROY.
