I just put on disk brakes and my original wheels rub on the caliber. I guess they went to a slightly different wheel in 1965 to accommodate disk brakes. Looking for a set.
Needs to be close to LA County.
thanks,
Ed

ED, Rims that will fit and easy to find are Bronco II and early Ranger. 4.5"x 5" bolt holes, 15" rims, 6 an 7" wide and 4.25 back set.

As disc brakes became available drum brake wheels were slowly phased out.
If you're looking for 14" original disc brake wheels its best to look for 68-up Mustang Torino Falcon Galaxie wheels. I believe by 68-69 Ford went with the same design standard steel wheel that fit both drum and disc.
Be careful the change is very subtle and it's easy to end up with another set of drum brake wheels.
I ran into the same problem and went with 15x7 Torque Thrusts.

I ended up grinding down my calipers 1/8th. No more rubbing.
