I would say the rear quarter panel is bad body work showing its ugly head. I have the same roof and window issue on mine but on the other side.

FYI the cowl is available as a replacement part.

i think im done with those boxes,i ran a malory duel point for 18 years,no problems,didnt even change or reset the points in it.switched to msd dist and box and had 2 boxes go bad in 4 or 5 years.if the module holds up good im done with the boxes,plus its snappier and it idles right away when crank...

My 65 Comet got put on the back burner by my CNC plasma table build. That just got pushed out of the way to do brake booster on a 2014 Edge.
