I might have to disagree but only because I have a 69. yes the production numbers are low on a comet. most were cyclones or montegos

my dad has a 70 torino "Richard petty" special edition car that when he bought it he got a marti report then he contacted the North Carolina (that's where the car came from) DOT and got a complete owners history of the car. He had to promise not to use the information to contact the past owners.

what year car is it i think i have the sending unit out of my 69 still i cut the top out of the tank and droped in a fuel cell but saved the sending unit out of it if i can still find it. have no idea if it works or not the car had an engine fire when i bought it so never started it with that tank.

never did it in that body stile but put one in a 69 comet didnt change the front end still have the shock toweres but did have to make room between the firewall c6 tranny.
