Im looking for a truck lid trim peice and both left and right front door vent window exterior trim. Where do you guys find these peices? I've called dessert valley in Arizona and they do not have it. Please guide me to where I need to go to find these peices. If I get them my car is totally complete...

I was driving the car around today and as soon as it gets to temp the car shuts off won't restart until it cooled a bit it starts for a minute and dies then wait some more. Got to messing with the carb which was "rebuilt". The idle screen does nothing and the choke is not shutting off and it is tigh...

I can't turn the hazards off. Where the heck is the switch?

Reconnected it started it charged to 14v and didn't smoke or arc or click.

When I baught the car the gen light was on. I asked the seller what the issue was and he said the voltage regulator. I replaced the regulator and light went off and ran good. Turned the car off and the generator was smoking I thought maybe it was rebuilt and just some lubricant was causing the smoke...

I think he is trying to secure more items and even is looking at producing the aluminum head as well for both the small six and the large, I understood he had the patterns and cores.

Just baught a nearly finished restored 1963 comet with a strait 6 for my wife (for me) for Christmas. I'll be popping in to get some info and share our experiences.
