Don't have much info on it yet other than it's a 408 built to run on pump gas. Its claim to fame is that it has r...

Re: Russ's 64
Haven't called competeion engines yet. Fred your right. Always some negative stuff on everyone. I just get cold feet when it comes to spending my hard earned cash. But I have to make my mind up soon or I'll never finish.

Re: Russ's 64
Hey pro, still out of work. Wife has me doing a lot of house projects. Can't wait to see pictures of your progress. I still can't decide where to get my long block. Everytime I find a shop, I find some negative post on the web about them. I would hate to get burned.

Re: Russ's 64
Cobrajet2, the kit comes with instructions which are also listed on their website. I also took measurements of the old upper control arm mounting points for reference. The engine brkt has two holes in it that line up with two holes on frame rail. Makes it easy to line up. The kit took over four mont...

Re: Russ's 64
Hey Pro, the bad economy finally caught up with my job. Got laid off two weeks ago. Nothing but time and no money. Right now I'm keeping busy working on the car with the stuff I already have. The money I have saved for the motor might be spent for survival. And the wife might make me live in the ten...

I wanted to notch mine like they did these mustangs but ...

Kayos, thanks for the info. I'm just starting the install. Will probably have some more questions when I get there.
