Lets have a contest to see who can guess the hammer price the closest.
I'll start, but first I will say I have no clue what people are willing to pay.
25,000
I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about

I think a 2 drht would have brought a few more dollars..but it's a comet,,,bottom line they just don't bring the money we wish they would...as I have said on here before,,,,you can invest all the work and money in your comet you can stand...but you better be prepared to drive it alot to get a good return...JMO...POP

Hmmmmm, Nice from what I can see and pretty rare car too. Price will depend on the knowledge of the buyer. That car couldn't be replicated for under 35K in my opinion. The market is strong especially for convertibles. I'm guessing it will hammer at $21,500. Knowing what I know now if I was willing to settle for an automatic on the column I would pay 25/26 for it.

Not bad for a small town of 27,000. I feel good about the number. Makes me think I should raise the insurance value on mine.
