I ran onto this super clean 1990 Thunderbird Super Coupe the other day and picked it up.My Lightning is killing me on gas $50-$75 a week.It has a knock in the lower end and I am going to have to fix it before I start driving it.It should get atleast 12 more MPG.Which is almost double the fuel mileage.Thought this would be a nice companion for the Lightning.Any of you guys have any experience with the Supercharged 3.8 V-6?Later,Heath

Cool, we had a T-Bird like that for about a year, bought it new in '95 I think, my wife had to have one, was a nice car but the doors were too long and heavy for her (she is not very big) so we traded it off for 4dr Dodge Neon Sport, I really lost some money on that whole deal but that was a long time ago.
Our's was the V-6 but wasn't supercharged but it was a nice car to drive.
See Ya,
Mike

Hi Heath, that one does look beautiful! I've heard those motors are
pretty big money to rebuild. Keep your eyes open, you might find
another one that looks bad but runs great. I had a ride in a 89 SC
when it was new, man pulls like a big block. I think you'll really
enjoy the ride too, they run pretty strong for their size.
Its busy under the hood so mark everything, the faintest line is
better that the strongest memory.
