Are the bumpers interchangeable from a 66 and a 67

I’m waiting to hear from my 66/67 Comet guru to confirm, but I’d say they are the same.

Little update: My friend Doug (66 Comet guru for sure) said the front bumpers are the same, the back bumpers on the 66 and 67 are different. Something about the tail lights. .
