1966 Caliente 390FE 4 speed Bench

Anyone know how many there are of my car? My parents bought it in 67 and handed it down to me this year. I think it's pretty rare but not sure.

its impossible to tell how many were made or still exist,but i do know a 390 4 speed caliente is very rare. i have owened my 390 4 speed bucket seat,tach,black with white seats,66 caliente for 33 years.i have looked far and wide for over 30 years and i have only heard of three or 4 390 4 speed calientes.is yours a y code,h code ,s code?.i have never heard of another y code 4 speed, bucket,tach car like mine

if i were you i would keep this car forever!!! cherish it,it is a one of a kind rare ass comet.be proud of this one my man!!!

We've had it since 67 and it is a Y code, made in LA # 27 off the line...Plan on keeping and passing down. Does yours have AC, Power Brakes, Power Steering, vacuum trunk release etc? I can't tell if it is on all Caliente's or not.

sounds like you have some rare options.the a/c is rare and i have never seen the vac.trunk thing. mine came black with a white vyn.top,black dash and carpet and white seats and headliner.buckets,4 speed 390 y code, manual steering,man. brakes,tach on top of dash,which is more common on the cyclones.but anyway its nice to see another 390 4 speed caliente.i was beginning to think i had the only one!
