Found this in my area on Facebook marketplace and I’m very tempted to hook up the trailer and go get it cause man oh man is it sweet.

It certainly does look like it is in a barn.

That looks like a twin to my parts car except that one is all there :P

You need a project for when you finish your current car.

No, I didn't, but I kid you not. My '65 Cyclone had a trailer hitch installed when I bought it back in the late 80s.
Also had a bench seat. It came from Port Neches, Tx., down on the coast. I'm thinking family guy taking his kids fishing.

Mine had a ball mount bolted to the bumper when I bought it in 74. Although the mounting has changed mine still has a ball mount and is used alot.
I think this was 2012, hauling my 29 Model A 5 hrs to be sold.
Was a dissembled roller. Attented a car show while there and home with my empty utility trailer.
Pic in link.

I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about?

My Cyclone had long shackles and a broken leaf when I bought it. The previous owner had it jacked up and overloaded it.
I got a friend to cut off the hitch and replaced the shackles and the leaf springs on driver's side back to stock ride height.
I pulled with my '65 F-100. 352 with a 3.50 posi-trac rear end.

I would love to get another comet but I don't have the garage space as of right now, gotta do some spring cleaning. But I am trying to convince my friend to buy it so then I can build it with him without having to put my own money into it
