Steering Wheel Cover that You Lace On

I remember these faux leather covers that had the vinyl lacing. Does anyone know if they are still available?

wheelskins makes a decent one. you tell them the dia wheel, girth & color you need . I bought a couple of them. I was satisfied for the most part but I ended up making my own from scratch. I wanted a different stitch,tighter stitch. I cant find a pic of the one on my comet s wheel but I got this one for a truck.
