What holds emblems in other pieces on?
Doing some reassembly after cleaning things up and rearranging. I'm going to put the Caliente emblems back on the interior doors and notice just like the center grille piece that they are just posts, not threaded. What did they use to hold these things on is there like a press washer or something? What would it be called?

They're called barrel clips, and they're available at Amazon as well as other sources.

Re: What holds emblems in other pieces on?
On my 61 4 dr. restoration, in addition to the barrel nuts for these types of emblems, i added just a bit of RTV sealant/adhesive to the stud.
Especially for any of the exterior emblems. These pieces are pretty rare and hard to find, so I wanted to ensure they did not fall off the car,
and/or make it a bit harder for someone to come by and just pull the emblem off the car.
