Is there a cross reference for Ford nut & screws

Looking at nuts & bolts in the parts diagrams I see part numbers but no description. Some I can find using the p/n on google. I have mismatched screws on my dash and interior panels on my 63 comet.
I would like to get replacements at the local hardware but don't know the correct heads, threads, and length.
Is there a document the shows a description for the bolts and screws

How correct do you want to be? Just be the right size... or copies of OEM This book matches up the numbers you have with the orig size and finish.They will also sell them to you.

The AMK book is what I am looking for. Don't need exact OEM look just something that works. My car is just a driver
