Hi, I'm Mike and I just bought a 64 Comet Caliente (everyone else: Hi Mike !)
It's a 2 dr HT originally painted yellow mist, and has a V8 w/ 4 barrel, although not sure if it's original. Does have 5 lug wheels. Doesn't matter if it's original as I have a 66 289 already built and sitting in my garage with a C4 attached. I already see a lot of challenges after I got it home and started taking apart things.(or trying to sometimes). I'm sure I'll be asking for help soon enough.

Hi Mike! Welcome on! look at the 5th letter of your vin. K would be 4 bbl V8.

Yep ! It's a "K" car ! Pulled the oil filter and found chunks of metal. Glad I already have an engine to put in it.
