Once mine 71 and 72 Comet GT’s

Post by A/FX »

Most of you know me from my ‘64 Cyclone build. Back in the ‘70’s, 80’s, and into the 90’s I also owned a 71 Comet GT ( and my wife’s ‘72 GT) in addition to the Cyclone which I have owned since 1968. Lately I was looking through some old stuff I have and found one of the magazine articles that featured my Comet. ( it was also in Hot Rod in 1978)
I thought maybe you guys might like to see it.
I sold both of these cars years ago, the ‘71 is still in this area but has not been driven in many years, the ‘72 is now in Ohio, it was in Illinois and Michigan before that.

Had a girlfriend with a Comet GT back then and saw a few Maverick Grabbers.
Cool tri-power setup! 8)
Kudos on the mag cred :D
