Good read
One question, if I might ask; why sell?
Early Comet is one of the most affordable cars to own and drive.

I have 3 other classics ('58 Ford, '59 Chevrolet, '60 Dodge Dart, all in excellent shape) and it's just too crowded with this 4th car. I'm parking it on the street right now, which is not a good long-term solution.

All cool rides I'm partial to the quirky late '50s-early '60s cars myself. First one was a '62 Galaxie.
I agree. Leaving it to the elements isn't a good thing. It will make someone a very happy camper.
