This should be fun to watch-
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1963- ... -comet-10/
Talking to an old HS friend that's currently restoring a '63 single-axle Airstream.
He drove his older brother's 1st gen Comet back in HS. This auction reminded me of him.
Need to send him this link for a big grin and a few laughs, remembering our prankster past

Pretty cool, I'd just want the wagon but I get the idea of the combo.
1965 Mercury Cyclone former drag car, 1971 Boss 351 engine, 4 speed, ladder bars, etc. Now returned to a street car.

Don't know if you've spotted this combo around here Joe. We've been dragging this around for over 20 years with Sassy.
I'd rather do it myself if it's done right or not,,,isn't that what hotrodding is all about

I dig those matching wheels on the trailer, Fredo
Don't really care to pull single-axle anything down here. Roads are so bad it becomes an endurance challenge
Rather crash in an Econoline

Once upon a time, yeah
If things don't pick up, I may have to bid on this one.
Man, it's almost 2K miles taking the two-lane blacktop

Joe, are you in on this one, going pretty cheap from the looks of it. Nice looking sig pic you have, got your ride looking extremely clean.

Not yet, Lee. It's no reserve and will probably get crazy @ the 2 minute mark.
Thanks for the reminder.

Very good buy if within driving distance. Transportation fees are steep.
I liked it, warts and all. Lots of potential.
